9 PLC Checklist

Remember, a Quadrant 4 PLC is effective because it is based in data and members discuss the results of this data in detail. Quadrant 4 PLCs use protocols to discuss the data in a timely and effective manner, all members of the team participant and professional discussion is honored. With these concepts in mind a simple PLC Checklist was devised:
